Yes, I was formerly 415lbs. Yes, I’ve lost over 200lbs naturally! And yes, I did all of this after suffering a heart attack 7 years ago from being overweight. Fitness means so much more to me than a great physique. A healthy change in lifestyle saved my life and gave me a second chance doctors thought I would never get! So, I’m blessed to have the education of training but also to have the benefit of the experience of battling weight loss. My programs do more than change your body, they transform your mind and your outlook on life and the things around you.
